assetcheck provides the ability to capture audit history around various aspects of the asset management lifecycle from initial creation of the asset right through the inspection and maintenance to decommissioning. This provides you with the comfort of understanding your assets full life cycle. 

We have more than one site. Can assetcheck be used at multiple sites, as well as a single location?

Yes. Once you have your initial site set up this can grow, with you, and incorporate any number of locations. We charge per location so you simply purchase the number of licences depending on the number of sites you wish to use assetcheck.

What support is available when using assetcheck?

Our dedicated support desk is available as standard via phone, email or ticket Monday through till Friday 8am-530pm. Should you wish for out of hours support we can provide you with pricing to cover you 24/7 364 days per year. We give our support team Christmas day off ;-) 

How do we go about setting up the system and adding our assets?

We will build on the current good practice within your organisation and take relevant information from existing systems (be it spreadsheets, manual records, databases etc) and build it into your bespoke assetcheck instance. We have a number of tools available to our build team to upload in bulk any external data you may already have.
